Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Orders older than 30 days will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. - Items Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges

Products not purchased from this website. - Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs will be borne by us if the item is due to quality issues or incorrect shipment.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the item is returned for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, not as expected, etc.). - Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs and additional service fees (such as expedited delivery) are non-refundable. - Exchange Process

We will ship the replacement product after receiving the original item.
